IMPORTANT NOTICE

To use Obsidian sound system for your ceremony, you will need to set up your play lists on Spotify and login to our device. Make sure to have your login info. You will need to assign one of your guests to coordinate the music. This guest should attend your rehearsal and should arrive to the venue 2hrs prior to ceremony to test the system. The device should be returned immediately afterwards to the venue coordinator.

Your slideshow must be on USB or laptop with HDMI output. Has to be MP4 format and is not compatible with iMovie. We recommend bringing it to rehearsal so we can test it out.

Note: Weddings have access to the reception tent until 2:00 am. Last call is at 1:00 am. Sound restrictions exist after 11:00 pm.

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree that the use of the rowboat and dock at Obsidian Ridge Ltd. involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slipping, drowning, and equipment failure. I voluntarily assume all risks and accept full responsibility for any injury or damages incurred while using these facilities.

Indemnification Clause:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Obsidian Ridge Ltd., its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of or related to my use of the rowboat and dock, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that the use of the golf cart at Obsidian Ridge Ltd. involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to, collisions, tipping, and mechanical failure. I voluntarily assume all risks and accept full responsibility for any injury or damage incurred while using the golf cart.

Indemnification Clause:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Obsidian Ridge Ltd., its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of or related to my use of the golf cart, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Prohibition on Drinking and Driving:
I acknowledge and agree that the consumption of alcohol or any intoxicating substances while operating the golf cart is strictly prohibited. I understand that failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate termination of my rental privileges and legal consequences.
