What's Included?
Everything! Our goal is to provide a turn-key experience for our clients. By providing the staff, drink ware, alcohol & corkage, we
eliminate the need for you to worry about buying, transporting, estimating or potentially running out of supplies.
The Staff
Our venue coordinator will work closely with clients prior to the event day in order to craft the perfect bar experience. On the day of the event, you can trust that your guests are in good hands. Whether it’s a cup of tea, a simple highball or one of our signature cocktails, our highly trained & AGLC certified bartenders will ensure that your drink is prepared to perfection.
The Drink ware
During the first two hours of full bar service you will be able to utilize our wide variety of glassware. After two hours have passed we will switch over to plastic reusable & disposable drink ware. During dinner, water jugs can be provided for the tables.

How Does it Work?
Bar Hours
The time the bar operates is up to you, within these rules:
- Full bar service can operate for a maximum of 8 hours.
- Cocktail hour is considered the first 2 hours of full bar service.
- The last call is at 1am.
Signature Cocktails
Choose 2 of our signature cocktails to be featured during cocktail hour. Have something else in mind? Send us your favourite cocktail recipe and our bar staff will work their magic!
Subsidizing Drinks
If you would like to help offset the costs of drinks for your guests, you can subsidize them by running a tab. You can then “buy down” the cost of drinks for your guests by paying for a portion (or all) of the costs on your tab. We will pre-authorize your card prior to event day and charge only the amount that was used.
If you choose to have an open bar, we will add an 18% gratuity to the final total.
