Circle of Love 2024 – Vendor Confirmation

for your participation in our upcoming Bridal show! We are excited to see you again and can’t wait to kick off the 2024 season. Please complete the form below to help us coordinate and make sure we are all prepared for the clients that day.

Please note that we have currently capped ticket sales at 200. We anticipate between 150 - 200 attendees. We will plan to provide more accurate figures 72 hours prior to the event. Please plan to supply enough samples for all guests.

Please do not be late. In order to limit the congestion at the tent we will assign load in times for vendors. We will try our best to accommodate your preference. Please allow enough time to be setup by 11:30 am. Contact Kaylie at 780-803-7679 ext 2 if you need to make alternate arrangements.
